Recommend to approve waiving the requirement to install sidewalk per City of Rapid City Ordinance 12.08.060. This request received in the Public Works Office on October 20, 2014 is associated with a building permit for DakotaLand AutoGlass for a proposed building within Century Park Subdivision. The subject property is located on the west side of Samco Road east of Deadwood Avenue and is zoned light industrial. The property has approximately 325 feet of frontage on the west side of Samco Road. The topography slopes slightly downhill to the east. Samco Road is a City street with approximately 32 feet of pavement width with curb and gutter, and is constructed in approximately 66 feet of right-of-way.
